Once we receive your order and personalization information, a proof will be emailed to you within 24-36 hours. Be sure to check your email spam/junk/bulk folder, as sometimes our proof goes directly there. At that point, you will need to review your proof and email us back with any changes/corrections or confirm they are all set for printing. Once we have your final confirmation that the proofs are set, your order will be processed in 4-business days. This does not include shipping time!
